1. Return Window & Eligibility

Return Period

You may request a return within 14 Business Days from the date your order is delivered.

Eligible Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Be returned in the original packaging

  • Not show signs of damage caused after delivery

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label

After verification, we will offer an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or full refund when applicable.


3. Return Fees & Shipping Costs

To maintain transparency and comply with international consumer protection standards, our return fee policy is outlined below.

Restocking Fee

Velor Art does not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is caused by our error, including damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Velor Art will cover the return shipping cost or provide an alternative return solution.

  • If the return is requested due to customer preference, including change of mind, ordering the wrong size, incorrect selection, or personal preference, customers are responsible for the actual return shipping cost to our designated return facility.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns, as tracking information is required to process refunds.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized artwork

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards


5. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at support@velorart.com and include your order number.

  2. If your return request is approved, we will provide the return instructions and return warehouse address.

  3. Securely package the item and ship it using a trackable shipping method.

Please do not return items without contacting us first.


6. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the approval status within 3 Business Days.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 Business Days, depending on your payment provider or bank processing times.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated timeframe, please:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card provider

  3. Contact your bank for additional processing information
