You may request a return within 14 Business Days from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, items must:

Be returned in the original packaging
Not show signs of damage caused after delivery

Velor Art does not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.
If the return is caused by our error, including damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Velor Art will cover the return shipping cost or provide an alternative return solution.
If the return is requested due to customer preference, including change of mind, ordering the wrong size, incorrect selection, or personal preference, customers are responsible for the actual return shipping cost to our designated return facility.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns, as tracking information is required to process refunds.
