Is every painting really hand-painted?
Yes — every painting is 100% handcrafted by our curated artists using premium oil and acrylic paints. No prints. No digital reproductions. Each is a one-of-a-kind original.
Will my painting look exactly like the pictures?
It will be very close, but never identical. Each canvas is painted fresh for your wall — same composition, same palette, same artist — with the small variations that make a hand-painted original original. The photograph we send before shipping is of the exact canvas that will arrive.
Do I see my painting before it ships?
Yes. Once the artist finalizes the canvas, we photograph it and send the image to you for approval. If it isn't right, it doesn't leave the studio before you are satisfied.
How long before my painting arrives?
The painting takes 3–7 business days at the easel. Shipping takes another 4–8 business days via DHL, UPS, or FedEx. 2 weeks, give or take, from order to wall.
What if I don't love it when it arrives?
You have 30 days to live with the piece. If it isn't the one, the artist will paint another or we'll refund the full price. The only cost on your side is the return shipping.
Does the painting arrive framed and ready to hang?
Yes—if you choose our stretching and framing service. Our professional team will stretch the canvas, paint the edges, and frame the artwork before shipment, ensuring it arrives ready to hang right out of the box.
Can I commission a custom painting?
Yes. Tell us the size, palette, or composition you'd like and we'll match you to the artist whose hand fits the brief. Custom commissions paint in the same 3–7 business days window.
