Each piece is painted by hand after your order is placed. Production takes 5–10 business days, followed by shipping. International delivery typically adds 7–14 business days depending on your location.

Yes. For made-to-order paintings we can provide a photo of the finished piece upon request. Just mention it in your order notes or contact us directly after purchase.

If your artwork arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may offer a replacement, exchange, repaint, or refund depending on the situation.
